One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.
Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.
Fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Wireless internet access, television with dvd. Fully stocked with linens and towels.
Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this condo! The unit was very clean, cute, and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the water. It’s a peaceful, relaxing space with everything you need for a beach getaway. The only suggestion I’d make for future guests is to be sure to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas well in advance, as they book up quickly — especially the front rows. These are booked through August already, and my stay was in May. Overall, a great spot to enjoy the beach and unwind!

Summary: We had a blast! Best experience. We have been to other parts of Florida but Destin Florida was our first time. This condo is perfect, on the beach and the view was amazing! We would go catch ghost crabs at night and hangout at the beach during the day. The host, Laura was super awesome, if I could give her 10 stars I would. She was very responsive within seconds and answered all my questions. We had a outage one of the stays and when I texted her, she texted me back right away, found out the reasons and got right back to me. The only thing I would have to say was the elevators, there were 4 elevators but it gets so busy during the morning that it took us 45 mins. Other than that we loved everything.We will definitely go back!

Summary: We were so happy with our stay in this condo. It was so nicely decorated, updated and, most importantly, clean! The property was easy to navigate with a toddler and we loved the variety of pools offered and proximity to the beach. This condo had everything that we were looking for and we plan to return!

Summary: The condo is exactly as advertised. The condo complex is also top notch. Loved the security at the gate and the security within the complex. The condo itself was perfect. No issues whatsoever. The owner is very available and really wants you to enjoy her home. We would highly recommend this condo and complex if you're bound for Destin!
